Out-Of-Towners: How I Became The Bomb @ Little Kings 8/9/06

It's always a joy to get turned on to a great band on a bill with another band I came to tape. Such was the case with How I Became The Bomb (from Murfreesboro, TN). They almost got lost in the shuffle of seeing over 25 bands in a week at Popfest but Happy Happy Birthday To Me/Popfest honcho Mike Turner caught up to me and said I should be sure to catch these folks (thanks Mike!). I quickly picked up their EP, Let's Go; every track is a keeper, and I'm anxious for a full-length release.

How I Became The Bomb are returning to Athens, playing the Caledonia February 3 with Casper And The Cookies and Russian Spy Camera. Let's Go . . .
