I live in London England and when I heard about these shows I knew that there was no way I was ever going to afford a plane ticket plus hotels to come and Athens to see Patterson play all three shows. That's what makes these recordings so amazing. You have saved me from myself! I enjoyed everyone of them as if I was actually there. It's a powerful thing to be able to do that. If it wasn't for Patterson Hood I'd never have picked up a guitar at age 44 and taught myself to write a bunch of songs. And if it wasn't for the influence of his supurb song writing I'd never have written and recorded an album of songs in 2008 that got the title song (LoveTel Motel) onto the cover mount free CD in the November 09 issue of Classic Rock magazine. And not to mention the radio airplay! So thanks. Now I've got to go away and write a bunch of killin' songs and put a whole new band together to do it all over again. I love a challenge. Cheers!
