This first time I saw The Possibilities was at a point when my musical taste was much different than it would become, and I didn’t like it at all. So much so that I gave them the master tape without even listening to it. Little did I know Way Out would later become one of my top-whatever favorite records of all time. Luckily I later became friends with guitarist Kevin Lane, who still had the recording to give back to me (and didn’t give me any grief over the dis).
